I run bench tests that map real CFM-at-pressure, recovery, noise, and amperage across compressors, tanks, lines, and regulators to expose bottlenecks and right-size setups.

If performance isn’t proven at working pressure, it doesn’t count.

A contractor dropped off two '5 CFM' units that stalled his DA sander. On the bench, one delivered 3.2 CFM at 90 psi, the other 4.8. The culprit wasn't brand—it was undersized quick‑connects and a restrictive regulator. We upsized the fittings; uptime jumped, and sanding finally matched spec.

I weight measured CFM at 90 psi and duty cycle over marketing CFM or tank size.
